Facilities

All production and equipment are running at our factory of 1500 square meters on the land of 2000 square meters.
Tooling shop

From the metal product drawings, we can develop designation and do machining for tools and dies to fulfill all the requirement of the products. 

Stamping shop

There are 12 units of press machine from 12 tons to 200 tons, 3 of them equipped with material coil feeder and 3 units of press brake.

Welding

There are two CO2 welding robots and two manual weld machines.

Packaging

Carton packed, paper wrapped, retail nylon packed or shrink foiled then barcode label and VPE packed, wooden box or individual palletizing, just give us your specification.
